Co-shape our network
Founded in 2017, the University of St Andrews German Association is the official association for former students of – and those (previously) affiliated with – the University of St Andrews in Germany. Our members are the opinion leaders of tomorrow – in business, arts, social sciences, and politics. This is the spirit of excellence that the University of St Andrews stands for and we aim to build on and foster this exclusive network in Germany, thereby also strengthening the bond between Alumni and the University – long after graduation.
Network globally, right where you are
Being a member of the German association, you will benefit from local activities and socials throughout the year, organised by your local Alumni club. In addition, members enjoy discounted entry to a variety of events such as company visits, panel discussions and more. Finally, stay connected with and make new friends online using the Facebook groups set up specifically for local St Andrews Alumni Clubs.
Contribute to the community
Like all Alumni associations around the world, the University of St Andrews German Association promotes a close cooperation with the University of St Andrews. Our fee structure aims to support various initiatives of the University and students, and together with the University we plan to facilitate projects across the University for which there is a lack of public means.
Become part of the family
Future members are invited to attend any event offered to current members by a local club. Membership applications are assessed on a rolling basis – so if you would like to give it a try first before committing, you’re welcome to! If for some reason you wish to discontinue your membership, you can do so by cancelling your membership, effective the following year.
